Q. Is this safe for young ladies?
A. YES! Our products are safe for young ladies and children.
A. We are not responsible for allergic reaction or any other medical reaction stemming from the spa party package. It is the responsibility of the adult hosting the party. Please inform our team of any allergy of guests before the party.
Q. Do I need to bring anything specific for my spa day?
A. Our packages include everything needed, you can call to discuss any questions you may have.
Q. How far in advance should I book a spa party?
A. We recommend calling two weeks in advance or more.
Q. Do you take walk-ins?
A. Sorry, we only do Spa Parties at this time for 8 guest or more.
Q. What is included in the spa party?
A. All parties include, manicure, pedicure, make up, pedicure flops, picture props, spa robes (while being pampered) and of course Our Signature KCSP Red Carpet Event.
Q. Is the birthday girl included in the 'guest count'?
A. Yes, our Kiddie Spa and Tween Spa Parties are for 8 girls including the guest of honor.
Q. Is there a travel fee?
A. Location fee will be added for events outside our specific service cities 25 miles. For 30 miles or over there will be a 55 cent charge per mile both ways. However, we may decide that a location is too far or not easily accessible for our workers. Please contact us with any further questions.
Q. Can I book a party last minute?
A. We are happy to deliver your spa party experience, even if it's last minute, although we usually require a 2 week notice for parties. But as long as the date is open you can book it!
Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. Yes, To ensure your reservation. If you cancel your event within a 48 hour time period 50% of the event price will be charged to your credit card. If there is a cancellation within 24 hours you will be charged 100% of the event price.
Q. Final Payment
A. Final payment is due the day of the event (prior to start of birthday party) paid in CASH only. No exceptions.
Q. How long is each party?
A. Your Spa event will last about 2 hours. That does not include time for cake and presents.
Q. How many spa hostesses can I expect at my spa party?
A. 2 spa hostesses. For very large events there may be 3.
Q. Who are the spa hostesses?
A. Kiddie Couture Spa Parties provides professional beauty technicians to host your event for entertainment purposes only. Our team consists of cosmetologists, stylists, estheticians, and makeup artists that provide top of the line beauty services.
Q. Where do you set up?
A. We set up our service stations inside your home, on location, venue or an outside courtyard area.
Q. The client hosting the party
A. Please keep all valuables and
breakable items from the party area. We are not responsible for any broken items.
Q.Do you provide tables andchairs?
A. Tables and folding chairs needed for service stations are provided and we also bring colorful fabric and table cloths.
